MLS Listing Sheet

  • Comprehensive listing sheet will be created for you to review before posting to MLS.

  • Your house will be listed on a Wednesday. New listings will be marked as "New to the Market" for 72 hours. When buyers are searching for open houses they will see your property marked as new.

  • Once listed your property will be syndicated to over 500 websites.

Yard Sign

  • Before your house is listed on the market there will be a Coming Soon yard sign installed. 

  • Once listed your home will have a Just Listed sign.

  • When Under Agreement and Sold the signs will display accordingly. 

Open House

  • Exclusive broker only open house to familiarize agents with your property so they can share with their qualified buyers.

  • Exclusive neighborhood only open house. I will personally door knock the neighborhood  to ask neighbors if they have any friends or family that would like to buy your home.
  • Commuter open house. Typically on a weekday from 5 - 7 pm. 

  • Saturday and/or Sunday open house for public

  • Open house brochures and listing sheet will be created and printed with professional photos.

Print Ads 

  • Listing Sheet and Open House Brochures will be printed with professional photos. 

  • 100 Just Listed postcards will be mailed out.

  • Depending on price point and location, your home will be featured in Prestige Magazine, Wall Street Journal, and Boston Magazine.


  • Responding quickly to you and all the agents and potential buyers is extremely important to me. I am highly responsive to calls, texts, and emails. 

  • Communication is extremely important. I will talk to you as much or as little as you request. We can schedule a call every day to check in about the listing activity, or just once or twice a week. That is up to you. We can call, email, text, video chat.. whatever method you like the best.
